I ordered 18 red roses through their website using the custom arrangement option. In the instructions, I specifically requested 18 red roses with greenery and baby’s breath because I knew that’s exactly what my mother-in-law would love. I even called the next morning to confirm they received my instructions, and they assured me they did. Unfortunately, when we arrived for pickup, the arrangement was not what I had requested. It included random flowers and arrangements that were completely different from my order, which was very disappointing. However, I truly appreciate how they handled the situation afterward. The staff member who helped us was incredibly kind, apologetic, and did everything she could to make it right. Within 2 hours, they delivered a beautiful vase of 18 fresh red roses to my house, exactly as I originally requested. In the end, my mother-in-law was beyond happy with the flowers, and shout out to the sweet employee who worked hard to fix the confusion and make things right.

We recently needed flowers for a funeral, and Fort Mill Florist is on the same street as the funeral home. We decided to use a local florist, instead of ordering online, and went in to the shop. When we got there, we were shown a book, of different options. Then we were told that the prices weren't right in the book, that everything is now more expensive, but that the stickers in the book just hadn't been changed. The person at the store was then taking pictures of the things that we were interested in, and texting them to Dustin for a price. I was pretty uncomfortable with the pricing, so I asked them to just call us when they had the pricing together. We ordered a casket spray, and a standing spray. When everything was said and done, we ended up paying just over $1100 for the two items, which was a couple of hundred dollars more than the pricing in the book that they showed us. Then in the end, they ended up saying that they were doing it all from their Charlotte location. Honestly, had we known that the pricing wasn't going to be transparent, and that it was just coming from somewhere in Charlotte anyway, we would have likely gone another direction. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ford Mill Florist has truly outstanding customer service! My first flower arrangement wasn’t quite what I expected, when I shared my thoughts, the manager Christina went above and beyond. She personally made sure a second arrangement was sent, and it far exceeded my expectations — absolutely beautiful and huge! Totally brought my grieving family a big extra amount of comfort and love. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what sets a business apart is how they handle them. Christina and her team showed professionalism, care, and a genuine commitment to their customers. I’m so impressed and grateful and will definitely continue ordering from them and definitely recommend!!

I planned my daddy’s celebration of life that was in Fort Mill from my home in Tampa, FL. I am so happy I used Gallery of Flowers for the arrangement for daddy’s urn. They were so creative and really took the time to understand what I wanted in this arrangement. My dad loved Christmas and the outdoors so I wanted more earthy materials that brought the outdoors in. Thank you so much for such a beautiful arrangement for my dad’s homegoing 🫶

Excellent customer service may be a lost art. However, when it is given, it must be properly honored. Therefore, I must extend that honor and appreciation to The Gallery of Flowers South at 214 Spratt St, Fort Mill, SC 29715. On February 23, my sister and I wanted to send flowers to the family of a dearly departed friend. It was late in the day and most florist shops were close for the day except The Gallery of Flowers South. I called the number and talked to the owner who took our order. Although it was late and close to closing, the owner may arrangement for me to pickup the flowers the next morning with plenty of time to meet our schedule. Thank you for excellent customer care and service! I will tell my friends about your excellent care as well.
